Your first visit
Read the participation guide, introduce the project in a few sentences, and choose a gathering that fits. Listening is participation; nobody needs a polished presentation to attend.
How we look after the space
Give feedback on the work, ask before sharing someone else’s material, and keep private conversations private. The organizer should publish a clear reporting route and explain how concerns are handled.
Make room for newcomers
A rotating host welcomes first-time participants and explains the format. Keep event information current and offer a written recap for people who cannot attend live.
