Content Calendar · Example edition

Give every piece a reason to exist.

This fictional studio plans four weeks of content around questions from small-business clients. The calendar is an editorial plan; it does not schedule or publish posts.

The editorial thread

Each piece should help a prospective client prepare for useful work. Reuse the café example to connect the series, but give each article a distinct question and takeaway.

Review before publication

The owner checks accuracy, permissions, links, and the desired next action. A draft is not approved simply because its calendar date has arrived.

Learn from the response

Record meaningful questions and qualified inquiries rather than treating every impression as success. At the end of the month, decide which subject deserves a follow-up.
