Habit Review · Example edition

Look for the conditions that help.

This fictional review tracks a short end-of-day planning habit. It is a personal reflection example, not medical or behavioral treatment advice.

ThursdayCompletedShorter version used

Notice the pattern

The review happened on four of five days. The missed day followed a late meeting, while the shorter version helped on Thursday. Context is more useful here than judging the week as perfect or failed.

Choose one adjustment

Try a two-minute version on meeting-heavy days: record what moved and the next useful step. Keep the ordinary version for days with enough time.

Review without punishment

Ask whether the habit supports the work you care about. If it creates more pressure than value, change its scope or stop the experiment. The record is information, not a score of personal worth.
