Current decision: hold

Two gates remain open. Complete the menu-link check and the handover walkthrough before asking the owner to approve launch. A target date does not replace those checks.

What ready means

The named owner has attached the evidence required for the gate. If content changes after review, reopen the affected checks instead of keeping an outdated ready label.

The launch conversation

Summarize completed checks, known limitations, the rollback owner, and the proposed timing. The user or authorized project owner makes the publication decision separately.
