A session structure

Spend ten minutes recalling what you already know, twenty-five minutes on one task, and ten minutes checking the result. Adjust the timing to your own attention and access needs.

When a session is missed

Move the most useful task into the next available slot. Avoid doubling every later session; a smaller completed plan is more informative than an unrealistic recovery schedule.

Check understanding

Try explaining the concept without looking at the notes. If you can repeat the wording but cannot apply it to a different example, return to practice rather than collecting more material.
