The question asked

“Which one detail is most often missing when you receive project files?” The single-choice format forces a priority and should not be interpreted as showing that other problems were absent.

What the result says

Fourteen of twenty example responses selected version or owner information. The report should show the counts beside percentages because each response changes the result by five percentage points.

Limits and next step

The recruitment method and population are not defined in this teaching example. In a real report, describe both and use follow-up conversations to understand what respondents meant by their choices.
