What matters first

Capacity and access are requirements, not optional scoring bonuses. Resolve those facts before comparing extras such as equipment or refreshments.

A provisional shortlist

Venue B has the clearest sample access information, but its equipment cost is missing. Venue A remains possible once access is verified. Venue C cannot be judged until capacity is confirmed.

Document the decision

Keep the actual quotes, verification dates, and agreed terms with the private decision record. Do not turn “to verify” into an assumed yes to make a comparison look complete.
